- 4:15 p.m. Bike ride (limited to the first 25 reserved bikers)
- 4:30 p.m. Long hike begins
- 6:00 p.m. Gather for hors d’oeuvres, complimentary beer
and wine, and live music
- 6pm-7:30 p.m. Bid on fantastic silent auction items
- 7:30 p.m. Catered dinner by Cabin Creek Smokehouse Barbeque
- 8:30 p.m. Presentations
- 9:00 p.m. Raffle drawing. Grand prize: luxury train trip for 2 on
GrandLuxe Rail Journeys. Second prize: $2,500 cash!
