Whether you prefer Swing, Pop, Rock, or other genres, you’ll enjoy music and dance styles of the 1920s to the present at Mountain Area Land Trust’s fourth annual Preservation Party! The event will be hosted Saturday, May 3 from 6:00 – 10:00 p.m. The restored Brook Forest Inn provides an elegant and historic setting for guests to enjoy a delicious dinner buffet, lively musical entertainment, and dancing to varied musical genres from the early 1900s to the present. Patron level

$100 per person • $200 per couple
$60 per patron is tax-deductible
Patrons will be listed in event program and
are entitled to reserved seating.

Supporter level

$75 per person • $150 per couple
$30 per supporter is tax-deductible.

Bid on one or all of our fabulous auction items and take home a memory in the making. A dogsled tour, hosted mountain bike ride in Keystone, gift certificate toward stays at North Fork Ranch or Meadow Creek B&B Inn, a day of river rafting, a snowmobile tour, Rockies tickets, Highplains Ranch beef, gift certificates for dinner at Mount Vernon Country Club, and a hosted picnic on one of Mountain Area Land Trust’s preserved properties are just samples of the exciting auction items you can enjoy yourself or bid on for a gift! Swing, Pop & Rock to go

Donated vinyl records and CDs from every musical era will be auctioned at the Preservation Party.  Drop off your collectible records before April 25 to Mountain Area Land Trust at 3721 Evergreen Parkway, Suite 1, or Mountain Resource Center at 11030 Kitty Drive.

From Evergreen:  From the stoplight in downtown Evergreen, travel one mile on County Rd 73 toward Conifer/US Hwy. 285.  Turn right on S. Brook Forest Rd.  Travel 4.7 miles.  The Inn is on the left.

From Conifer:  From the intersection of US Hwy. 285 and CO 73 in Conifer, travel 1 mile toward Evergreen.  Turn left on Shadow Mountain Drive.  Shadow Mountain Drive turns into Brook Forest Road.  Travel 6.8 miles.  The Inn is on the right.
