Your right to privacy is very important to the Mountain Area Land Trust. We recognize that providing us with personal information is an act of trust. Therefore, we have created a privacy policy to protect your personal information.

Use of Information

The Mountain Area Land Trust never sells or rents names, addresses, or other personal information about our members. Email addresses, phone numbers, and financial information about donations are never shared with other organizations. Occasionally, names and mailing addresses may be exchanged with other non-profit organizations for the purpose of growing our own membership. We will not provide any of your personal information to other organizations if you elect to keep your record private. Security of Your Credit Card Information

We will take appropriate steps to protect your privacy. We will also protect your personal information in storage. For example, if you supply us with your credit card information to become a member or make a donation, we encrypt the card number.
